If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, or physical disabilities, please notify our Reservation Department before booking treatments. Your well-being is our primary concern. If you experience discomfort at any time during your spa services, please alert your therapist immediately.
You are welcome to wear whatever is most comfortable, but most guests enjoy body treatments at Spa by JW without clothing. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. You'll find comfy robes and slippers in lockers in the men's and women's lounges both before and after your treatment. Bathing suits are required for hydrotherapy treatments.
We recommend that men shave at least two hours before a scheduled facial, but it is not mandatory. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
Arriving late at our spa limits the time for your treatment, as we strictly adhere to the schedule for the benefit of all parties. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
We accept all major credit cards, Marriott gift cards, and traveler’s checks. Guests may also charge spa services, as well as poolside food and beverages, to their JW Marriott Marco Island room. For your convenience, payment is processed before your treatment.
Many beneficial spa services can be enjoyed during pregnancy. Please notify our front desk agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointment so they can offer guidance on the few treatments that should be avoided.
Yes. Purchase Marriott gift cards for a set dollar amount, and they are redeemable throughout the resort, including the spa and boutique.
Spa by JW strictly adheres to the cancellation policy. When it's necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of four hours of advance notice is required. Failure to follow this policy results in charges for 100% of the scheduled service.
Our intent is that our resort spa will be an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the privacy and quiet of other spa guests. The use of cell phones in the spa is not permitted.
